Mark your calendars, because the 10th Annual Kaua`i United Way Golf Tournament is set
to tee off. This annual fundraiser is organized to benefit the 27 social service agencies of the Kaua`i United Way who directly serve the people of Kaua`i.

Cost: $440 per team until 05/14/10, after that its $480 ? so register EARLY!
We are seeking your support to make this fundraiser a success by:
1. Sponsoring or putting together a team of 4 players ? we can only have 36 teams ? so sign up EARLY!
2. Purchasing a hole sponsor sign for $150
3. Donation of prizes for the awards banquet or
4. Sponsoring a par 3 hole for $300 for the ?Closest to the Hole? prize.
5. Displaying your banner for $500 at the Tournament
